I created a library of free resources to give you all an accessible place to find quality, evidence based information to jump start the process of changing narratives in women’s maternity care and pelvic floor rehab. It is my mission to dispel the fear based information surrounding exercise during pregnancy and postpartum, and ensure my clients are empowered to make informed decisions.

I want you all to feel confident in your understanding of physical changes during pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, female anatomy, how to manage pain, prolapse, incontinence, and returning to activity. If you are not a birthing person, you can still benefit from this knowledge as pelvic floor conditions arise in the general population.
